Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using all smartphone applications (hereinafter referred to as the "Apps") provided by logwel (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Apps, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between users and us concerning the use of the Apps.

Article 2 (Ownership of Rights)

Copyrights, trademark rights, and all other intellectual property rights relating to the Apps belong to us or to third parties that hold legitimate rights thereto. Users may use the Apps only in the form provided by us, and shall not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Apps.

Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)

In using the Apps, users shall not engage in any of the following acts:

  1. Acts that violate laws or regulations, or that are contrary to public order and morals
  2. Acts related to criminal activity
  3. Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of servers or networks of us, other users of the Apps, or third parties
  4. Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Apps
  5. Any other acts that we deem inappropriate

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

  1. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the Apps are free from de facto or legal defects (including, without limitation, defects relating to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, or security; errors or bugs; or infringement of rights).
  2. We shall not be liable in any way for any damages arising to users from the use of the Apps, regardless of the cause. Decisions regarding the storage of data within the Apps, as well as judgments relating to investments, forecasts, or similar matters, shall be made solely at the user's own risk and responsibility.

Article 5 (Privacy)

Our handling of user information shall be governed by the separately established Privacy Policy.

Article 6 (Changes to These Terms)

We may change these Terms at any time without notice to users when we deem it necessary. The revised Terms of Use shall take effect when posted on the website we operate or within the Apps.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the Apps, the court having jurisdiction over our location shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
